Catch Report: Max Walker
Max has been out again. Max wanted to finish strong and didn't fail there for sure. Here is what Max had to say.
So I decided to try make the most of the last bit of pike season and river season by hitting up the river Brue Friday with a lure rod and dead bait rod 
the weather was wet and miserable but I still had to get out as had day off work 
I covered a couple miles of river threw the day working as much water as possible and looking for any signs of fish! Eventually I set up just before dark on a nice spot I had seen fish jumping in the margins 
so I put a rod on far margin with a dead popped up roach injected with green Squido slime and covered in pred pro liquid and a touch of tor baits blood powder 
I sat behind my rods a couple hours into dark then half hour before packing up I was finally into this powerful river pike 
Iām a happy man 
was only just touching 10 lb but it put up an awesome fight!
