What Is Voodoo Slime?
Voodoo Slime is a unique PVA-safe bait smoke and attractor developed by Tor Baits. Unlike traditional liquids and glugs that simply coat your bait, Voodoo Slime is designed to create a sustained, visual plume of attraction in the water — a slow-releasing cloud of particles, oils, and attractors that hangs in the water column and draws carp in from distance.

Why It Works: The Science of Attraction
Carp locate food using two primary senses: smell and sight. Voodoo Slime is engineered to trigger both simultaneously.
Chemically, it's loaded with amino acids, liquid foods, and sweeteners that dissolve into the water and create a scent trail carp can follow from metres away. These compounds mimic the signals carp associate with a food source, triggering an instinctive feeding response!
Visually, the slime creates a vibrant, smoky cloud around your hookbait and freebies. In clear water this is visible from a significant distance. In coloured water, the particles still create localised attraction that keeps fish rooting around in your swim.

PVA Safe: Why That Matters
One of the most important features of Voodoo Slime is that it's PVA safe. Many liquid attractors will dissolve PVA bags and mesh on contact, which is a disaster if you're trying to present a neat parcel of freebies around your hookbait.
Because Voodoo Slime is PVA compatible, you can load it directly into a PVA bag or mesh with your freebies, cast it out, and know that your presentation will be perfect when the PVA dissolves. How to Use Voodoo Slime
- In a PVA bag: Add a generous squeeze of Voodoo Slime to your freebies before sealing the bag. Cast out and let the PVA dissolve — the slime will immediately begin creating attraction around your hookbait.
- As a hookbait soak: Drop your hookbaits into a small pot of Voodoo Slime and leave for 30–60 minutes before fishing. The hookbait will absorb the attractor package and release it slowly in the water.
- On the lead: Apply a small amount to your lead before casting — as it sinks, it leaves a trail of attraction all the way to the bottom.
- Mixed with groundbait: Blend Voodoo Slime into your spod or groundbait mix to supercharge your baiting with extra attraction.
Which Colour Should You Use?
Voodoo Slime comes in two colours — green and red — and the SlimeBall hookbaits are available in green, red, and blue. Here's a rough guide:
