I had ordered 1 ltr goliath slime but wanted to change my order to an offer but was told unfortunately they couldn't do the offer as it was an old offer but tom offered me a different offer that I was satisfied fairplay a lot of companies would have just said no and that's that but Tom went out of his way to sort me out and also said he will throw in a couple of free hookbaits to try I will be using this company again 100% as this was my first time using it and well impressed with the customer service it's a 5 star from me all the way
